PRIVACY
RetroCourt doesn't want to know who you are, and it's built so that it can't find out. This is everything it handles.

THE SHORT VERSION
- No accounts, cookies, analytics, ads, tracking pixels or third-party scripts.
- Your settings stay in your browser.
- Server logs don't include your IP address and are deleted after seven days.
- Nothing is sold or shared, because nothing about you is collected.
YOUR SETTINGS
Sound, captions, layout and accessibility choices are saved in your browser's local storage, so they're still there next time. They're never sent to the server. Clearing this site's data removes them.
SERVER LOGS
For each request the server logs what was asked for, when, how long it took and whether it worked. Your IP address isn't logged, and logs are deleted after seven days.
While you watch a game, the server keeps your IP address in memory, only to stop any one address from overloading the site. It's forgotten when you leave.
HOSTING
RetroCourt runs on Cloudflare, which carries every request (including your IP address) under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The server fetches the game data itself, so your browser never contacts NBA.com.
If you email me, your address is used only to reply to you. It isn't added to any list.
QUESTIONS
Ask anything through the contact page. If these notes change, the date at the top changes too.
